01Who we are
Vestra is an independent streetwear label operated by a sole proprietor based in Delhi, India. Throughout these Terms, "Vestra," "we," "us," and "our" refer to this entity. "You" means anyone visiting the site or buying our products.

02Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this requirement.
03Products and pricing
- All products are released in numbered limited editions. Quantities listed on the site are accurate at the time of drop. Once an edition sells out, we don't restock.
- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. International orders may be subject to additional customs duties or import taxes payable by the buyer on receipt.
- We do our best to display product colors, fabrics, and details accurately, but slight variation between your screen and the actual product is normal and expected.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, and update product details without notice.
04Orders and payment
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
- We accept payments through our payment gateway partner (Razorpay), which supports UPI, cards, netbanking, and wallets for Indian customers, and major international cards for overseas customers.
- Vestra does not store full card or banking details. All payment processing happens on the gateway's secure infrastructure.
- If a payment fails, the order won't be confirmed. Don't try multiple times in a row — wait 10 minutes and try again, or contact us.

06Returns and refunds
Our return window is 3 days from delivery. Full conditions, eligibility, and the return process are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
07Intellectual property
- All content on the site — including but not limited to logos, designs, graphics, photographs, copy, and the V mark — is owned by Vestra or used with permission, and protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark law.
- You may share our content on social media with credit. You may not reproduce, sell, modify, or commercially use any part of it without written permission.
- Buying a Vestra product gives you ownership of the physical garment, not of the artwork or designs printed on it.
08User conduct
You agree not to: use the site for fraudulent or illegal activity; attempt to access systems or data you're not authorized to access; scrape, copy, or republish our content; impersonate Vestra or anyone else; or interfere with the site's functioning.
09Privacy
How we handle your data is detailed in our Privacy Policy. By using the site, you consent to data practices described there.
10Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Vestra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our maximum liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian law.
11Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
12Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from a transaction with Vestra falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India. Before going to court, we ask that you reach out to us at hello@vestraofficial.com — most issues can be resolved directly.
