Vestra ships pan-India and worldwide. Drops are limited editions, so the moment your order is confirmed, we get it boxed and on a truck. Here's everything you need to know about how it gets to you.
01Where we ship
- India: We deliver to all PIN codes serviced by our courier partners. Some remote pin codes may experience delays.
- International: We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, or India Post (depending on destination and weight). Delivery to most major countries.
02Shipping rates
India:
- Standard shipping: ₹100 flat rate.
- Free shipping on orders above ₹3,000.
- Cash on Delivery is currently not available.
International:
- Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- Typical range: ₹2,000 – ₹4,500 depending on country.
- Customs duties and import taxes are not included in the shipping fee and are payable by the buyer on receipt.
03Processing time
We typically process and dispatch orders within 2-4 business days of payment confirmation. During drop windows or restocks, this may extend to 5-7 business days. You'll receive an email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.
Business days mean Monday through Friday, excluding Indian public holidays.
04Delivery time
After dispatch:
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad): 3-5 business days.
- Rest of India: 5-8 business days.
- International: 7-15 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Courier delays, weather, and customs holds can affect timelines. We don't control the courier network — but we'll always help you track it down if something goes wrong.
05Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with the courier name and a tracking number. You can track the parcel directly on the courier's website. If you don't receive a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder, then email us.
06Customs & duties (international)
For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees levied by the destination country. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Different countries have different thresholds. We declare the actual product value on customs forms — we do not under-declare to help avoid duties (it's illegal and often counterproductive).
If you refuse a parcel because of customs charges and it's returned to us, we'll refund the product cost minus the original shipping fee and any return duties charged to us.
07Wrong address or unclaimed parcels
- Please double-check your shipping address before placing the order. We're not responsible for parcels delivered to addresses provided by the customer that turn out to be incorrect.
- If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable (wrong address, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, or unclaimed at the post office), we'll contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipping fees apply.
08Lost or damaged in transit
If your tracking shows your parcel is delayed beyond the usual window, or marked delivered when you haven't received it, email hello@vestraofficial.com with your order number. We'll open an investigation with the courier. These take 5-10 business days to resolve.
If a parcel is confirmed lost or arrives damaged, we'll either replace it (if the item is still in stock) or issue a full refund. See our Returns & Refunds policy for damage reporting timelines.
09Order changes
If you need to change the shipping address, modify items, or cancel an order, email us immediately. We can usually accommodate changes if your order hasn't been packed yet, but once it's with the courier, we can't intercept.
