Vestra drops are numbered limited editions. We make small runs and don't restock, so we want every piece to land with someone who actually wants it. Here's how returns and refunds work.
01Return window
You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return. The 3-day clock starts the day the courier marks the parcel as delivered. Return requests after this window will not be accepted.
02What can be returned
We accept returns on items that are:
- Unworn and unwashed — no smell, stains, hair, or signs of use.
- With original tags attached and the brand label intact.
- In original packaging — the polybag, hangtag, and any inserts.
- Not customised — items modified post-purchase (alterations, custom prints, monogramming) are final sale.
03What can't be returned
- Items requested for return after the 3-day window.
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused after delivery.
- Items missing tags, labels, or original packaging.
- Sale items, second-quality stock, or items marked "final sale."
- Gift cards, vouchers, and digital products.
04Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item — we cover everything. Email hello@vestraofficial.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos showing the damage or the wrong item next to your order confirmation.
- A short note describing the issue.
We'll arrange a free return pickup and either replace the item (if stock is available) or refund you in full, including original shipping. The 3-day window doesn't apply to damaged or incorrect orders — but the 48-hour reporting window does, so don't wait.
05How to start a return
Within the 3-day window:
- Email hello@vestraofficial.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason.
- We'll reply within 24 hours with a return shipping address and instructions.
- Pack the item carefully in its original packaging and ship it back. Use a trackable courier — we're not responsible for returns lost in transit.
- Once we receive and inspect the return (typically 2-3 business days after it reaches us), we'll process your refund.
06Return shipping costs
- Damaged, defective, or wrong items: We pay for return shipping.
- Change of mind, size issues, fit issues: You pay for return shipping. Original delivery charges (if any) are not refunded.
- For international returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping, customs, and any duties on the return leg.
07Refunds
- Once your return is approved, we'll process the refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Depending on your bank, the credit may take an additional 3-5 days to appear in your account.
- UPI and netbanking refunds are typically faster than card refunds.
- If you paid by card and the card has since been replaced or cancelled, contact your bank — the refund will still settle to the original account, and your bank will route it forward.
08Exchanges
Because every drop is a numbered limited edition, we don't offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size, please return the original (within the 3-day window, per the conditions above) and place a new order — subject to availability. Once an edition sells out, we can't restock.
09Order cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, email us at hello@vestraofficial.com immediately. We can usually cancel and refund in full if your order hasn't been packed or dispatched yet. Once an order is in transit, it falls under standard return rules.
10Disputes
If you're unhappy with how a return or refund was handled, please email us first — most issues are resolved in a single reply. If we can't resolve it, refer to our Terms of Service for the dispute process.
